Hi, hi, Hannah here again :D. Just back for Adventure Training Camp on Pulau Ubin. Sorry for updating so late...hee hee, muscles all aching.
Anyway here's what we did on Tuesday 16th November 2004 for the combined cell gathering with Sengkang 1:
1) Everyone was late (once again *sigh*)
2) Caroline invited the most people, 3-5, Pauline invited 1, the rest as far as I remember nobody at all, including me, *snickers* heehee :P
3) We watched the movie ''Patch Adams'', about a doctor who was very determined to do something, not letting anybody get in his way, in Grace Chapel.
4) Some people left half way. (wonder why :'( why did they leave??)

Suggestions for improvement of next gathering or what so ever:
1) Everyone could have come earlier, then we could also have played some games, then it wouldn't have been that boring.
2) Food could have been provided, people went out and came back in throughout the whole movie.

That's all, as far as I remember. Bye, feeling sleepy. Tired...Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..................................

Hiya, Hannah here... your new updater for this blog. Never ever blogged in my entire life. This is my first time, so you better not complain or else. Sorry for being 1 day late! :D
Here's this week's one...
During this week's cell, we reported at Amanda's house late...everyone was late. Everyone talked about their week. Caroline related to us about her trip to Wild Wild Wet where she saw Mr Ang and his friend Jerry. It was very funny. Jessica led worship. Amanda talked about building a great life of service.

Reasons why our work will not be in vain
1) It is God we serve
2) Work prepares us for future service
3) Work makes our life purposeful
4) We will be rewarded in the end
(can't remember the verses and not that sure what to write here...heehee:P)

Lessons:
Whoevers wants to be great must serve the others. We should work not because we have to but because we want to. (That's if i remember correctly! :P)

We went round in a circle, talking about how each person have served, but often side tracked to the bad points! :P

At the end, we presented Caroline with a basket of fruit (pears and apples) with verses on them as her birthday gift. She had to carry the fruit that way home. It was very hilarious, she looked like little black riding hood...hahahahaha! After that we went our separate ways. Jess, Pau and Cheryl (no idea how to cut this name) went for the Christmas musical auditions. Don't know if they were on time...heehee

Since this week was about service, I sincerely thank everyone who did something for this cell and the Lord

Heyz pplez... well, in about 3 hrs time i would have been late, but yay, i'm not! wadeva... i type very slow... this is torture... and I'm supposed to be studying my butt off not u see, but some not-very-nice sisters refuse to exchange... (hey! she have 1 whole week of no exams leh! so much time to surf net for computer games to prepare for after 'o's den no time to blog??? -pau) so sad... nvm, need an excuse to not sit at mi desk and LOOK like I'm studying rite? Hee... one more week to freedom. Can't get mi butt down to study... Haiz... so lazy...

Well, on to the stuff I'm supposed to tok about... actually, I dunno wad to tok about... paul told mi to write about cg... but I can't help it, I tok too much...

During CG this week, it was at 8 for a change... so early!!! Van's parents were so so so nice to buy breakfast for us, cuz it was so early most of us still hungry... So we shared first, then we ate breakfast... then we all eat until so full! then still got cake... but we were so full, so we eat later...

Paul led worship... I wun comment, I might say something not too nice... (so eeevil horh? -pau) Then we got sharing... See, wad good isit to have a journal? Everyone should have one!!! Anywayz, even though I wasn't quite paying attention to Caro- (how naughty of me!), I can type out my journal notes!

Ok. we celebrated Van and Cheryl's B'day, and ate cake! So here's wishing Cheryl and Vanessa a very happy b'day (belated, actually)! Wish them all the best, and may they become very WISE!

After that we hung around for a while, then some of us went home, and Van went to celebrate her b'day and some of us went for lunch (at popeye's- so nice!)...
